Joseph Arnone, MBA
Co-Founder and President
Joe is the co-founder and President of BAASS Business Solutions Inc. He has spent the last 25 years working within the ERP software spectrum. Joe oversees the business planning, strategy development, consulting, and customer satisfaction of a diverse group of customers spanning many industries. He has built his organization around industry and product specialization and has transformed the culture to emphasize customer relationship, providing complete solutions with world-class services.
Prior to establishing BAASS, Joe worked for the York Consulting Group. He has overseen 500+ implementations of Sage 300 ERP. Joe holds a Schulich MBA and a Economics Honours degree from York University.
Vice President, Business Development
Chuck began his consulting career in 1985 and later joined the technology consulting group of BDO Dunwoody LLP in1992. He was then made Partner in 2003 and chaired the committee to develop the national consulting practice which subsequently won Business Partner of the Year with Sage 300 International. In 2006, Chuck merged his practice with BAASS to offer his clients a greater breadth of technology solutions.
Chuck has successfully overseen 500+ implementations of ERP & CRM systems in Distribution, Manufacturing, Service and Not-for-Profit organizations. With over 20 years of experience of implementing business management systems, Chuck is sought after by companies to assist in their software selection process. Chuck is also a regular guest lecturer at the DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, Hamilton, ON.
Vice President, U.S. & Caribbean Operations
Manny brings forth immense industry experience and is fully certified in Sage 300 ERP. He has been featured in numerous publications including Source Media Accounting Technology, Accounting Today, VAR Business and CRN magazine. Manny has also participated in numerous speaking engagements including the Sage Insight Annual Conference and Information Technology Alliance,among others.Manny serves as Chairperson in the Information Technology Alliance (ITA) marketing committee, and the Southern Florida Minority Supplier Development Council, SFMSDC committee.
Manny holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting from St. Thomas University and is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
Vice President, Human Resource Information Systems
Pat brings over ten years of professional HR experience to BAASS. In her past, Pat has always driven her business for success by developing custom HRIS databases to manage 20,000 employee records, leading training workshops for several hundred employees, and much more. Pat attended McGill University where she studied both HR (then known as industrial relations) and Technology.
Pat's fluency in French allows her to work easily throughout Canada and is hoping to add another language to her skillset.
Pat also uses her project management experience to volunteer for the annual Teddy Bear Affair fundraiser for the Children's Aid Society.
Annette Balgord, CGA
formed Balgord Software Solutions in 1993. Prior to merging with BAASS Business
Solutions Inc., she held Operation Management and Controller positions in Canada
and the United States.
Client satisfaction is Annette's number one priority.
"We want our clients to consider us a part of their team,” emphasizes Annette.
Under Annette's leadership, her company was named to Sage President's Circle three
times and received a Sage Customer Excellence award.In 1997 Annette received her
CGA (Certified General Accountant) designation. She is certified on Intacct, as
well as Sage 300 ERP, Sage CRM, and Sage 50 Fundraising. Annette also completed
Sage Leadership Academy.
Canadian Operations Manager
am manages a diverse team of consultants that span across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) while overseeing the Sage 300 ERP practices. His mandates include effective project management, resource allocation, implementation strategy development and ensuring consistent client care.
As a member of the senior management team, Sam continuously demonstrates strong leadership, composure, and an understanding of business system design both in a technical and strategic manner. Sam is certified in both Sage 300 and Sage ERP X3. His 15+ years of Information Technology and 9+ years of Project Management experience allows Sam to add significant value to our BAASS team. Sam is also an active member of the Project Management Institute, Lakeshore and Southern Ontario Chapters.
Bharti Meisuria, PMP
Development Team & Management Consulting Practice Leader
Bharti brings a
diversified experience in HR applications, CRM, and ERP with a strong focus on custom
software design and development. In addition to her broad technical background,
Bharti also has experience working on three continents: Europe, Africa and North
America. Bharti's chief role while in Tanzania was leading a 30 person technology
implementation team. Bharti provides our clients and her team with immense planning
and project management support.
Bharti is also certified PMP Project Manager. She is
a Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist for Microsoft CRM, Sage CRM,
and Sage 300 ERP. Bharti also brings forth a number of qualifications in a range
of HR applications including Lawson and the Sage HRMS software suite.
CRM Practice Leader
Zainab brings a wealth of experience in both the strategic and tactical implementations of CRM to BAASS. Her extensive background includes technical consulting, design, and training experience. She is a Sage CRM Certified Engineer and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MSTC) with a Master's Degree in Statistics. Zainab's leadership and rich project management background embody the attributes that have aligned her to the CRM Practice Leader role within the BAASS team.
Zainab has also developed client CRM training modules that included outlines, curriculum, and materials to enhance the ultimate user experience. Her leadership has allowed BAASS to streamline many of our existing processes and enhance our own organization by improving inefficiencies and maximizing resources.
Professional Development Advisor
Paraman's industry experience in financial and operational suites have enabled him to successfully lead over 200 implementations over his 10 year career working with Sage 300 ERP. Holding numerous positions within the accounting, finance, and business management functions, Paraman has leveraged his strong tactical knowledge to develop the foundation of a sound strategic focused implementer. His work with TouchPoint Consulting Corporation formerly known as BMS, Business Management Services enhanced his third party product knowledge and end to end business management software.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Imran is an accomplished sales and marketing executive that turns ideas into actions that drive value, evoke conversation, shorten sales cycles, and improve overall customer engagement. His professional career is highlighted by rapid advancement, and driving measurable marketing results in competitive world markets. A team leader with a philosophy driven by empowering others to grow, Imran brings forth a level of experience that combines both strategic and tactical marketing. He has a proven track record with the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise level Organizations.
Imran sits on the Marketing and HRMS Sage North AmericanBusiness Partner Advisory Council, as well as the HRMS Marketing and Sales Business Partner Advisory Council. Amid his vast involvements with Sage, Imran is also a contributing writer for the well-known Sage Business Management Blog. He presently serves as the Director of Communications and Strategy at the Ted Rogers School of Business Management at Ryerson University and is a Consultants and Resellers Group Leader for the ITA.
James Tang, CGA
ERP Practice Leader
James is a Senior Certified Consultant and a member of the management team at BAASS. James brings forth a high level of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Technical Presales. He also provides installations, configurations and conversions of Sage 300 ERP and Sage Business Intelligence for small and medium sized enterprises. James has performed over 150 successful conversions to Sage 300 ERP. He holds a professional designation as a Certified General Accountant (CGA), and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
James is the IT Committee Chair of CGA Ontario and an active member of the Ontario Triathlon Association. Fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and Cantonese James is easily able work with clients both in and out of Canada
Lisa Vetro, CMA
Consulting Services Coordinator
Lisa brings over 17 years of experience in financial consulting, and specializes in understanding complex financial reporting requirements, designing custom applications, and integrating with external applications. Lisa is certified in Sage 300 ERP and CRM and has successfully implemented hundreds of Accpac systems throughout her career.
Lisa is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and sits on the Sage 300 ERP Business Partner Advisory Council where she advocates for our ongoing client requirements and keeps up to date on forthcoming Sage technology.
