In the case that you are unable to attend a registered paid engagement (training or event based) you will receive a full refund pending that you are able to submit a cancellation request.
Before a refund can be processed you must contact our Marketing department at 1.888.650.5544 x4 and you must provide reference to the registration you wish to cancel. We will then approve your return request via email.
