Do I get a discount with my CCM membership?

Yes! Depending your CCM package, you either receive a discounted or complimentary ticket(s). Contact our Help Desk or Marketing if you want to check your CCM package.

What does the day look like?

The day runs from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Sessions can be viewed on the BAASS Connect Landing Page. (Agenda - coming soon)

Do I have to stay in one room?

No! We encourage you to explore the different solutions available.

What’s included with my ticket?

A chance to meet the BAASS team, representatives of Sage Canada, and ISV partners. Also, you will have the opportunity to learn about the latest business solutions. The day will provide complimentary continental breakfast, a buffet lunch, and afternoon treats. Attendees who stay until the end will receive a giveaway bag and a chance to win prizes.

Can I claim CPD credits?

Yes, your credits are based on the time you spent in sessions. We will track your session attendance and submit a certificate after the conference.

Can I buy a ticket at the event?

Yes, but we will not accept cash. Payments will be conducted through our registration page.

How do I collect my tickets?

A confirmation will be sent to you directly after your registration. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive one in your Inbox. Your badge will be available for pickup on the day of BAASS Connect.

Where do I go to check in?

There will be a registration table in the lobby of the Classic (Main) Room.

What parking facilities are available at the venue?

There is a large free parking lot at the rear of the building.

Are there shuttles organized?

Unfortunately, we will not be providing a shuttle service.
