Prior to joining BAASS, Bharti held senior roles including Manager of the Software Division at CATS Group for 13 years and Director of Consulting Services at Equation Technologies. Throughout her career, she has gained a diversified background in HR applications, CRM, Sage Intacct, and ERP systems, supporting businesses in streamlining their operations and driving growth through technology. 

Bharti’s core competencies include business analysis, IT strategy, requirements analysis, software implementation, process improvement, and systems integration. She excels in managing cross-functional teams and has led numerous international projects, equipping her with a global perspective and the ability to support clients through complex, large-scale transformations.

Bibi has been with BAASS for 11 + years working closely with the sales team and manages the CSR team. She oversees project setup and the invoicing process at BAASS. Bibi is vital in building long term relationships with our partners, involved with process improvement, strategic planning and solving problems. Bibi has extensive experience working with various Sage solutions on the operational side of the business. 

Bibi has been in the electronics and software industry for 25 + years and holds a degree/diploma from RCC Institute of Technology (Yorkville University) and various sales and marketing certificates. She has extensive experience in various areas of business including sales, marketing, customer service and operations. Bibi is always open to leaning and process improvement. 

Chuck is the Vice President of Business Development for BAASS Business Solutions. Chuck focuses on helping companies reach their potential by enabling digital transformation through the alignment of people, process and technology. Chuck is responsible for the management of new client acquisition, strategic sales initiatives and customer success plans.  Through a detailed collaboration process, Chuck helps our clients leverage their existing technology investments and define a roadmap to support their growth and strategic initiatives. 

Chuck's background includes 40 years of experience in the financial software industry.  Chuck started his career as a software developer and moved into systems implementation.  Building a successful practice within BDO Canada, led to Partnership where Chuck chaired the National Committee for service standard excellence.  Moving his business to BAASS in 2006, Chuck held the role of VP Operations until moving into his current role in 2015. 

With 25 years of ERP implementation leadership and 10 years of IT management experience, Glenn has successfully led over 75 ERP projects across manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. His expertise spans system analysis and design, enterprise applications implementation, team leadership, and IT project management, helping organizations streamline operations and enhance efficiency. 

Currently serving as Director of Professional Services – Sage X3 at BAASS Business Solutions, Glenn leads consulting teams in delivering Sage X3 implementations and support services. As a solution architect, he oversees large-scale system deployments and serves as an escalation point for complex product and customer issues. Prior to this, he spent nearly a decade at The Answer Company, where he directed Sage X3 professional services and played a key role in delivering high-quality ERP solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. 

His career includes extensive consulting experience, having provided business analysis, project management, and ERP implementation services for Sage ERP (X3, 500, SalesLogix CRM), SAP, IFS and Epicor products across various industries. He also has a strong background in IT infrastructure management, having led global IT operations for manufacturing and distribution companies with sites across North America and Europe. 

With a deep technical foundation in database management, reporting, and LAN/WAN infrastructure, Glenn has designed data warehouses, ERP integrations, and system enhancements that have transformed business operations. His ability to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy makes him a trusted leader in ERP solutions and digital transformation. 

James is a Senior Certified Sage 300 and Sage Intacct Consultant, the Business Intelligence Co-Practice Leader, and a management team member at BAASS Business Solutions Inc. With extensive expertise in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Technical Presales, he plays a key role in guiding businesses through implementations, configurations, and conversions of Sage 300, Sage Intacct, and Sage Business Intelligence for small and medium-sized enterprises.  

James has successfully led many ERP implementations, including projects for the Royal Ontario Museum, United Way Toronto, Girl Guides of Canada, and Kerry’s Place. 

He holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) designation and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. 

Fluent in Mandarin, conversational in Taiwanese, and Cantonese, he seamlessly collaborates with clients both in Canada and internationally. 

Paraman Srivatsalan is a Senior ERP Consultant with 25 years of experience in Sage software implementation. Known for excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Paraman has successfully implemented several hundred projects. 

Currently, Paraman serves as a Senior Sage Consultant and co-team lead for the Intacct Team at BAASS Business Solutions Inc., where Paraman Assist in discovery, scoping, solution selection, estimation along with the implementation of the solution.  Prior to this role, Paraman held positions at Touchpoint Consulting where he contributed to implementing Sage 300 ERP solution to several small to medium size business.   

With expertise in accounting, finance, data analysis, leadership, Paraman has been instrumental in implementing solutions Not-for-profit and For-profit sectors.  He is also passionate about mentorship, innovation, and digital automation . 

Beyond work, Paraman actively engages with several Not-for-profit agencies. He holds a diploma in Business Accounting from George Brown College, Toronto.

Sam is at the heart of the BAASS organization, overseeing the Sage 300 (formerly Sage ERP Accpac) practice. His mandates include effective project management, resource allocation, implementation strategy development and ensuring consistent client care. Sam manages a diverse team of consultants and project managers that span across Canada. 
 
As a member of the senior management team, Sam continuously demonstrates strong leadership, composure, and an understanding of business system design both in a technical and strategic manner. Sam is certified in both Sage 300 and Sage X3. His 20+ years of Information Technology combined with his 15+ years of Project Management allow Sam to have a sound foundation that adds value to our practice and customers.  

He is an active member of the Project Management Institute, Lakeshore and Southern Ontario Chapters.

From mid-sized organizations to enterprise environments, she works alongside stakeholders to ensure CRM strategies align with broader business objectives and deliver lasting value.

With over 25+ years of combined experience in business administration and HR, Annie plays a pivotal role at BAASS as the HR Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the VP Operations. Serving as a key liaison between the management team and employees, she is dedicated to ensuring smooth communication and a positive work environment. 

Working closely with the President, VPs, and management, Annie thrives on helping employees succeed in their roles while also looking for ways to improve internal processes. Her proactive approach and positive attitude make her an invaluable team cheerleader, always eager to take on tasks and assist others.

Dan brings over 20 years of experience in customer service and business operations, with a proven ability to connect customer needs with the right solutions. As the Business Development & Inside Sales Manager at BAASS, Dan leads a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives focused on helping clients enhance their operations through technology and process improvement. 

In his role, Dan is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the internal sales process—from discovery to solution alignment. He works cross-functionally with marketing, product, and service delivery teams to ensure every client journey is seamless and impactful. 

Dan’s leadership spans across North America, having successfully managed large teams and major initiatives throughout his career. His deep experience in customer-centric roles, paired with his understanding of tools like Sage 300, equips him to drive both strategic growth and operational excellence at BAASS. 

Prior to joining BAASS in 2015, Jeff enjoyed a successful career where he started as an Accountant working through the CMA program. In 1999, he transitioned to technology by becoming a Certified Sage Consultant co-founded Empower Business Solutions, a Sage Business Partner. During this time, he served on Sage Business Partner Councils, earned several Sage awards, and became well-respected as a thought leader in the industry. 

Today, Jeff supports organizations across industry sectors throughout North America in their journey to select the ERP solution that meets their organizational objectives. During his time in the industry, Jeff has gained deep knowledge in multiple ERP solutions by a variety of Publishers making him uniquely qualified to guide companies small and large to the right solutions. 

Steve Ingle serves as the ISV Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Manager at BAASS Business Solutions, where he is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and strategic partners to enhance the company's solution offerings. 

With a background in partner marketing and channel management, Steve has experience working across multiple industries, including enterprise software, mobility solutions, and business technology. He has held roles in field marketing, channel programs, and strategic partnerships, helping organizations build strong partner ecosystems and drive revenue growth. His expertise lies in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance partner engagement, strengthen market positioning, and accelerate business success. 

Dean Medeiros is an accomplished Chartered Professional Accountant and consultant who currently leads our Sage 300 practice.

During a decade at a “Big Four” public accounting firm, Dean developed deep technical accounting knowledge and provided business advisory services to clients in a wide range of industries, including non-profit, technology, manufacturing, and construction. As Dean transitioned to IT and ERP consulting, he developed skills in needs analysis, software development, complex data analysis, business intelligence, business process analysis, risk management, and IT strategy.

With his extensive experience managing ERP implementation projects and a strong customer service ethos, Dean helps clients maximize the return on their information technology investments.

Denis Boudreau is a seasoned business management solutions expert with over 25 years of experience helping organizations enhance profitability through end-to-end ERP solutions, needs analysis, implementation, and knowledge transfer—all while providing bilingual service. 

As the Founder and President of DB Group Consulting Inc., a Dieppe, New Brunswick-based firm specializing in business management solutions, Denis built a reputation for delivering impactful ERP strategies. In 2018, BAASS Business Solutions acquired DB Group Consulting, and Denis joined the team as a manufacturing and distribution specialist, later advancing to Sage X3 Practice Lead. 

Denis holds a BAA from Université de Moncton, earned his CGA designation in 2002, and was recognized as an FCPA in 2020 for his contributions to the profession. 

Being based in the Atlantic Region, Denis has developed a specialized expertise in food (seafood) traceability and supply chain management, having worked extensively with seafood processors and distributors to optimize their operations. 

With over 30 years of experience as a Financial Services Accountant and Controller, Joe Pietruniak is a prominent leader in the field of accounting software. His astute skill of analysis leads him to provide comprehensive advice that improves financial processes and workflows. His keenness to understand client requirements enables him to formulate creative, strategic solutions to improve organizational efficiencies.  

Joe has intimate knowledge and experience with financial controls, analysis and reporting, compliance and regulation, as well as managing direct reports and daily operations. As an accomplished Professional Accountant with extensive experience in all aspects of financial accounting, not least International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Accounting Standards for Private Enterprise (ASPE), Joe is a distinguished senior business consultant.
