Sage Intelligence Distribution & Scheduling Recap
This session will teach you how to automatically distribute Sage Intelligence Reports by using the Windows Task Scheduler alongside the Distribution Feature of Stage Intelligence. What this does is get your reports up and running at a set time or given frequency, whether it's daily weekly or monthly.More importantly this will give you the flexibility to have reports automatically sent by email, saved to a local folder or uploaded to an FTP site; therefore saving time and effort in your daily life.

Sage Intelligence has some ready-to-use reports that are available. These reports may need to be tailored to specific business needs, or there is an option to create your own reports from scratch; designing the reports in excel exactly the way you desire.
Report Designer
The Report Designer add-in is an excel add-in that gives the ability to create and edit in-depth financial statements using a very user-friendly graphical drag and drop interface. With this excel add-in, you can work with account balances and if you have any questions you can easily drill through the transaction tables to view the details you are interested in.

- For example if you want to email a report to a colleague; instead of having to save the excel workbook, create a new email, attach the file - you can have all of this set up and completed within Sage Intelligence.
