Business intelligence (BI) uses data from your software on a variety of data points to provide actionable insights that can inform and deliver tactical insight for organizational decisions.  BI tools can display and compute massive amounts of historical or current real-time data and display those findings in reports, on custom dashboards, in graphs, charts and summaries.
