For BAASS Business Solutions, the year 2010 was filled with new beginnings and continued success.
This year we once again celebrated earning top awards in our industry with the 2010 Accounting Technology Pacesetter Award, 2010 Var Stars, Altec Partner Excellence Award, and CDN Channel Elite Awards Finalist. Plus was also named “Best in Class” Partner by Sage, qualified for Sage’s 2010 “President’s Circle,” Maintained Top 10 NPS Scores in North America, and received an A+ from the Better Business Bureau.
This past year Plus also welcomed two new staff to our Marketing department, Lisa Toner and Michelle Bucher. Along with the new additions to our Plus team, our company has also launched our new self service Client Centre this past month to help customers with telephone support along with our online Webstore which allows customers to shop smarter and more efficient for products, services, order history, and telephone support contracts.
Plus also took part in hosting numerous big events this past year, including our 3rd Annual Business Success Conference, which was a huge success, along with our first HST user group meeting with a full house of people. This event was so popular we had to announce a second date in order to meet the demands.
Not only was this year filled with awards and accomplishments, Plus also helped Eastern Currents implement Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac) within their company, as Eastern Currents was beginning to experience limitations in their daily business activities while outgrowing their current software. Two new products were launched this year, Sage 300 ERP 6.0 and Sage CRM 7.0 Plus also honored some of our customers who were named in the BC Business Magazine’s top 100. In the category BC’s Biggest companies by 2009 Revenue; London Drugs Ltd and International Forst Products Ltd. In the category BC’s Biggest Public Companies for 2009; International Forest Products Ltd, Radiant Communications Corp, and PNI Digital Media Inc.
