Our customer conference held on October 21, 2008 was very successful. The conference consisted of a keynote session with multiple breakout sessions throughout the day. Some of the sessions included: Sage 300 (formerly Accpac) Tips & Tricks, Iciniti Webstore, What is CRM?, Document Management and more! Sage Execs & BAASS staff were on hand to answer questions.

The Richmond Olympic Oval was selected to receive BAASS' "Green Award" at our annual customer conference on October 21, 2008. The Oval has been built for the long track speed skating events for the 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games.
Roy McIntosh of the Richmond Olympic Oval presented some key sustainability initiatives incorporated into the building of this world class facility. BAASS Business Solutions thanks Roy for the opportunity to hear about this amazing facility which opened on December 12, 2008.
BAASS is happy to announce that they have been awarded Bronze in the 2007 Channel Elite Awards. The first Channel Elite Award was presented to an individual in a company who did outstanding work in either developing a solution or provided excellent service. After a few years, the team at Computer Dealer News (CDN) realized that it takes more than one person to solve a customer's IT problems no matter if it is a large multi-national corporation or a small retailer. From that point, CDN awards the entire organization for its achievement in the seven specific categories.
