Sage North America announced on November 03, that two BAASS customers were named as finalists in their annual Customer Awards Program.

Each finalist achieved extraordinary results for its business with the use of Sage North America products.

Finalist for Rookie of the Year; Richmond Olympic Oval Corporation
The rookie of the year award is given to a first-year Sage customer who has demonstrated immediate business results & a positive impact from their Sage solution

Finalist for Lifetime Achievement Award; Amix Salvage & Sales Ltd.
The Lifetime Achievement Award will be given to a Sage customer who has demonstrated tremendous success with a Sage product for more than 10 years.

BAASS' 2nd Annual Customer Conference went off without a hitch. The day was very successful & well attended with wonderful feedback from vendors & customers who attended.

Having just returned from our annual conference, BAASS is happy to announce that Sage has recognized Plus on three fronts:

1. Innovative Marketing: Innovative Radio ads on WX1130 News Radio
2. Customer Satisfaction: Plus scored in the Top 10 in North America for Customer Satisfaction based on NPS (Net Promoter Score)
3. Global Partner: Plus was named an Accpac Global Partner, making us one of a select few partners across the world who can service clients who have offices/operations in multiple countries.

BAASS has received news from Sage that we are ranked in the Top 10 in North America for Customer Satisfaction.

The Party Bazaar was an award recipient at the Inaugural Sage Customer Awards in the "Best Innovation" category at this years Sage Summit, held from November 17-21, in Denver Colorado.

Our customer conference held on October 21, 2008 was very successful. The conference consisted of a keynote session with multiple breakout sessions throughout the day. Some of the sessions included: Sage 300 (formerly Accpac) Tips & Tricks, Iciniti Webstore, What is CRM?, Document Management and more! Sage Execs & BAASS staff were on hand to answer questions.

The Richmond Olympic Oval was selected to receive BAASS' "Green Award" at our annual customer conference on October 21, 2008. The Oval has been built for the long track speed skating events for the 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games.

Roy McIntosh of the Richmond Olympic Oval presented some key sustainability initiatives incorporated into the building of this world class facility. BAASS Business Solutions thanks Roy for the opportunity to hear about this amazing facility which opened on December 12, 2008.
